Under the direction of radiologist, performs Cat Scan Procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.

The schedule for this position is  Sunday and Wednesday: OFF,  Monday and Friday: 12p-8p, Tuesday and Thursday 4p-12a, Saturday: 8am-4pm.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma. Associate’s degree preferred.

Satisfactory completion of  formal Radiology technology, must be CT certified by the ARRT. 

Valid license by the State of New York, Injection registered.

This applies for all shifts; Part Time positions will be prorated.  Per Diem positions are not included.

The positions are available at Moses, Einstein, Westchester Square, Hutch Metro Center MAP, Gun Hill MRI (MRI only), MMP Radiology and Wakefield campus.

Referral Program:

· The ARP Bonus will be paid one month after the successful completion of probationary period.

· This Associate Referral Program is open to Montefiore Medical Center associates as outlined in HR Policy ll-4b.

· This Associate Referral Program is in effect  February 1, 2024 - August 31, 2024
