Shift Information

• Shift Accommodation Requests: Not considered (block schedule, 10/12 hours)
• COVID Vaccination Requirement: Required (dose date on or after 10/3/23). Exemption forms available.

Submission Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of Same Day Surgery experience (required)
  • Admitting and Discharge experience (required)
  • Phase I and II/PACU experience (required)
  • IV starts (required)
  • Must be able to prepare OR for surgery (pre-op)
  • CERNER EMR Experience (required)
  • Travel experience (highly preferred)
• Profile Requirements:

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (current to 1 year)
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications (must be uploaded with profile)

Additional Information

• Travelers: Must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
• Requested Time Off (RTO): Must be noted and verified at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• Orientation: Non-billable, 8 hours.
• Call and Holiday Multipliers: 1.25% for OT, $4/hour for call.
