Job Description

• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
• Include a copy of the driver's license in the submission.
• Ensure all locations and departments the candidate is willing to accept are listed to expedite the presentation process.
• Start date should align closely with the order start date.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be noted and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved during the first week of assignment or on holidays.
• Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
• Notify if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Additional Information

• Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 24 months of current PCU experience is required.
  • No Nursys hits are allowed.
  • Travel experience is preferred.

• Certifications:

  • Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross included in the submission.
  • Flu vaccination status must be noted; declinations can be applied for.

• Profile Requirements:

  • Complete Banner Cover Page.
  • Resume detailing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
  • Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
  • Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old).
  • Driver's license.

Compliance Requirements

• Banner has specific background requirements that must be adhered to and attested to.
• Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
• Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
• The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
