Job Description
- Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
- Include a copy of the driver's license in the submission.
- Ensure all locations and departments the candidate is willing to accept are listed to expedite the presentation process.
- Start date should align closely with the order start date.
- All requested time off (RTO) must be noted and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved during the first week of assignment or on holidays.
- Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
- Notify if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Additional Information
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months of current PCU experience is required.
- No Nursys hits are allowed.
- Travel experience is preferred.
Certifications:
- Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross included in the submission.
- Flu vaccination status must be noted; declinations can be applied for.
Profile Requirements:
- Complete Banner Cover Page.
- Resume detailing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
- Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old).
- Driver's license.
Compliance Requirements
- Banner has specific background requirements that must be adhered to and attested to.
- Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
- Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
