Required Credentials

1. Nursys Verification

   • Must be completed within 30 days prior to start.

   • Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
   • Required for onboarding.

4. Ascension Core Competencies

   • HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, OSHA Topics.
   • Completed within a year of start, updated yearly with a minimum 80% score.
   • Required for onboarding.

5. Ascension EKG Exam

   • Must complete with a passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted.
   • Required for onboarding.

6. Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation

   • Must be uploaded by the agency once completed.
   • Required for onboarding.

7. Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding

   • Done onsite.
   • Required for onboarding.

8. Ascension Nova StatStrip

   • Pre-Hire Modules required for Non-Allied Positions to be completed prior to clearance.

   • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer.

    • Valid for 10 years from the administered date.

19. Ascension 2 Professional References

    • At least two professional references required for submission.

    • Must be completed within 30 days of first assignment.

    • Must be run within 90 days of start.

    • Clinical only, to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
