Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. The RN will effectively communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team and participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals, ensuring the implementation of those solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit/department.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
