Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Overview

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience (required).
  • Certifications: Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required).
  • Background Check: No license hits (required).
  • Vaccination: Flu vaccination status must be included in submission; declinations can be applied for.
  • Travel Experience: Preferred.

Submission Guidelines

  • Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
  • Include a copy of the driver's license in the submission.
  • All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.
  • List all facilities, shifts, and departments the traveler is open to working in.
  • Ensure the Banner Cover Page is completely filled out.
  • Resume must include all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
  • Skills checklist specific to the discipline must be less than a year old.
  • Active license verification must be less than 30 days old.

Additional Information

  • Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
  • Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
  • The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
