Job Description
- Position: 1 BHU RN
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 shifts of 8 hours each (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekend required.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) RN experience with adult population.
- Licensure: Current Rhode Island or compact RN License at the time of submission.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
Required Credentials
- Driver's License/State ID: Required for onboarding.
- Prime OIG: Required for onboarding.
- Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test required for onboarding.
- Color-blind Test: Must be completed annually.
- Agency Attestation: Required for onboarding.
- SAM/EPLS Check: Required for onboarding.
- Resume: Required for submission.
- References: Two references required for submission.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
- MMR Vaccine: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity required.
- Fit Test: Annual respirator fit test required.
- Hepatitis B Vaccine: Required for onboarding.
- Influenza Vaccine: Required from October 1 to May 31; declinations not accepted at certain facilities.
- TB Test: Required for onboarding.
- Varicella Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or titer showing immunity required.
- Tdap Vaccine: Required for onboarding; declinations not accepted at certain facilities.
- Physical/Health Statement: Required for onboarding.
- Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
- Prime Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
- Criminal Background Check: Required for onboarding; specific requirements may vary by state.
