Job Description

  • Establish therapeutic relationships and create detailed care plans with patients and families.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and interventions to achieve established goals.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and peers to ensure understanding and implementation of care plans.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of nursing experience required.
    • Traveler experience required.
  • Licensure:
    • Michigan nursing license verification is required.
    • A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
  • Additional Information:
    • References are not required.
    • Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.
    • Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.

If you get cancelled for low census, your food and housing stipend will not be paid for that shift and will be deducted from your paycheck, so if you work somewhere with low census you may want to look into an agency that doesn't do this.
