Job Description

  • Patient Population: Adolescent to Geriatric
  • Unit Size: 10 beds
  • RN to Patient Ratio: 2 to 1
  • Level of Care: Level III Trauma

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of current ICU experience
    • Proficient with IV Drips, Ventilators, Hemodynamic Monitoring, and Vaso Pressures
    • Arterial Line experience
    • Charge and preceptor abilities are a plus
  • Licensing:
    • Must have a New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
    • Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications must be uploaded with the profile
  • Additional:
    • Must have own vehicle
    • Covid vaccination strongly encouraged (exemption forms available)

Additional Information

  • Orientation: Non-billable orientation with no more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) accepted
  • Scheduling: Block scheduling will not be accommodated
  • Floating: May float to PCU
  • Location Benefits:
    • Keene is located between Boston, MA, and Hartford, CT, offering access to recreational and historical areas, including hiking trails and scenic views.

If you get cancelled for low census, your food and housing stipend will not be paid for that shift and will be deducted from your paycheck, so if you work somewhere with low census you may want to look into an agency that doesn't do this.
