Requirements

• Licensing:

  • New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate is required for submission.
  • Current Nursys, BLS, and proof of permanent address must be uploaded with the profile.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of Med Surg experience.

• Training:

  • As of 1/1/2024, all new and returning agency staff must have completed de-escalation training from CPI, AVADE, or MOAB.

• Additional Skills:

  • Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed.
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle.

Work Conditions

• Dress Code: Professional scrubs (no logos) provided by the traveler.
• Time Off: Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• Orientation: Non-billable orientation hours are 0.

Additional Information

• Shift accommodation requests (e.g., block scheduling) will not be considered.
• All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance, and proofs must be uploaded to Trio.
