Job Description

• Clear oral expression and comprehension, including listening and understanding others.
• Strong deductive and inductive reasoning skills.
• Ability to write clearly and use technology such as EMR.
• Capable of maintaining selective attention and time-sharing between multiple activities.
• Manual dexterity for managing IV tubing, syringes, and other equipment.
• Proficient in information ordering skills, including medication calculation.
• Ability to work with diverse patient and staff populations, with sensitivity to cultural and spiritual influences impacting patient care.
• Efficient time management with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of current Critical Care Unit (CCU) experience (Required).
• Preferred Experience: Prior travel experience and prior Cerner experience.

• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 / 2:1 (Depending on patient acuity)
