Job Opportunity: RN Critical Care
Overview

Job Description
- High acuity ICU experience required.
- Must have experience with:
- Open heart procedures
- Neuro care
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- 30 Bed SICU-MICU-Neuro unit.
- EPIC experience is a must.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Schedule includes working every other weekend and holiday.
- Floating may be required during low census periods.
- No requests for time off (RTO) during holidays.

- Driver's License/State ID
- Prime OIG
- Prime Agency Attestation
- Prime SAM/EPLS
- Prime Resume
- Prime Reference #1
- Prime Reference #2
- Nursys License verification
Certifications:
- BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- NIHSS
- Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (score 80% or higher)
- Prime Specialty Exam (score 80% or higher)
- DCI/BVP
Personal Health History:
- COVID-19 Vaccine (2 vaccines and booster required)
- MMR (Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer)
- Fit Test (Annual)
- Hepatitis B (Declinations not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine (or declination required October 1 - May 31)
- TB Test
- Varicella (Vaccination/titer showing immunity)
- Tdap (Declinations not accepted)
- Annual TB Questionnaire
- Physical/Health Statement (Annually)
- Social Security Card
Background Check:
- National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
Additional Information
- A clear headshot photo is required for the badge.
- Signed job description and employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) are mandatory.
- Must complete an onboarding packet.
