Type: Travel
Shift: Night shift, works every other weekend and holiday
Contract Length: 12 months
Scheduling Flexibility: Required (no block schedules)

Required Credentials

Driver's License/State ID
BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
PALS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
ACLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
NRP Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross - NALS also accepted for NICU, L&D, Postpartum RNs)
License/Certificate Verification (Primary Source Verification within 30 days of start)
COVID-19 Vaccine (2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed)
MMR Vaccine (Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity)
Fit Test (Annual Respirator fit test)
Hepatitis B Vaccine (Declinations not accepted at certain facilities)
Influenza Vaccine (or declination required October 1 - May 31)
TB Test
Varicella Vaccine (Vaccination/titer showing immunity)
Tdap Vaccine (Declinations not accepted at certain facilities)
Annual TB Questionnaire
Social Security Card
Physical/Health Statement (Annually, must state clear to work)
Prime Core Competencies Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
Prime Criminal Background Check (National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date)
Prime Badge Photo (JPEG only, clear headshot)
