Job Description

Assist the surgeon as a scrub nurse according to prescribed standards.
Serve as the 2nd circulator under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the surgical department.
Operating Room Suites: 3
Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of current experience required.
Skills: High proficiency with orthopedic and neurosurgery cases.
Transportation: Must have own vehicle; the area is rural with no public transport.
Local Travelers: Not considered if residing within 50 miles of the facility.

Additional Information

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable)
Call Rate: $4/hr
Dress Code: Facility-provided scrubs
