Overview

Schedule

• Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
• Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
• Weekend Requirement: Work as often as every other weekend, with up to one call weekend per month.
• Holiday Requirement: Must work any holiday that falls within the contract.

Required Credentials and Certifications

1. Fit Test: Personal Health History
2. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Personal Health History
3. Trinity OFAC: Professional
4. Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire: Personal Health History
5. Trinity Respirator Evaluation: Personal Health History
6. BLS Certification: Required for all direct patient care personnel.
7. License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
8. Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start.

25. Trinity Education Verification: Verification of highest level of academic education.

28. Trinity NSO: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
29. Trinity System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded as soon as possible.
