Job Opportunity: RN PCU

Overview

  • Specialty: RN PCU

  • Schedule: Every third weekend and rotating holidays

Requirements

Credentials and Certifications

  • Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training: Required for onboarding.
  • Iowa's Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries Check: Required within 30 days prior to start.
  • Trinity OFAC: Must be completed within 30 days of start.
  • Trinity Skills Checklist: Required for clinical contractors.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or declination required.
  • MMR Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required.
  • Hepatitis B Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required.
  • Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required during specified dates.
  • Varicella Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required.
  • Tdap Vaccine: Current vaccination required; declinations accepted under certain conditions.
  • Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from an exam within the last year required.
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start.
  • BLS Certification: Required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • ACLS Certification: Required for RNs in specific units (CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU).
  • License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start.

Background Checks

  • Trinity Criminal Background Check: Required within 30 days of start.
  • Trinity Education Verification: Verification of highest level of academic education required.
  • Trinity EPLS: Must be dated within the past 30 days.
  • Trinity GSA/OIG: Must be dated within the past 30 days.
  • Trinity NSO: Must be dated within 30 days of start.

Additional Documentation

  • Resume: Required.
  • Trinity Profile: Skills checklist and 2 professional references required.
  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity Confidentiality Agreement: Must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form: Must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded.
  • Trinity Non Employee Upload Form: Must be filled out and uploaded.
