Position Details

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the specialty
Certifications:
- Required: BLS
- Preferred: ACLS

Facility: Fourth Floor Medical/Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth (NSF)
Unit Capacity: 34 beds
Patient Demographics: Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
Room Type: All acute care private rooms with telemetry capability
Care Availability: 24/7
