• Shift Details:

  • Full-time, 0730-1630
  • 4-9 hour shifts
  • 1 weekend per month
  • Weekday call 4-5 days per pay period
  • No holiday rotation unless call hours are involved

Job Requirements

Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support): Required for all direct patient care personnel.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program): Required for RNs in Birth Center.
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale): Required.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute): Required.

Vaccination Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required.
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): Proof of vaccination required.
• Hepatitis B: Proof of vaccination required.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025).
• Varicella (Chickenpox): Proof of vaccination required.
• Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis): Current vaccination required.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Required.

Health and Background Checks

• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from an exam within the last year required.
• Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start date.
• Criminal Background Check: Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal from the last 7 years required.
• Education Verification: Verification of highest level of academic education required.
• License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
• Fit Test: Required.
• Annual TB Questionnaire: Required.

Additional Documentation

• Skills Checklist: Must be completed within a year.
• Professional References: Two required.
