Job Description

• Experience Required: At least 1 year of acute clinical experience.
• Responsibilities: Expectations to float between med/surg and telemetry.
• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Required Credentials

• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training: Valid for 2 years.
• Nursys License Verification: Must be confirmed.
• ACLS Certification: From American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• NIHSS Certification: Required.
• Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Driver's License/State ID: Required.
• Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
• MMR Vaccine: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
• Fit Test: Annual requirement.
