    Job details
  • Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Gateway Medical Center
  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered
  • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
  • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
  • 24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for
  • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
    Job requirements
  • Active Arizona RN License
  • 24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission - REQUIRED
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for
    Schedule information
  • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
  • RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays
    Unit specific information
  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
  • Driver's License
    Additional Details
  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered
  • Please include a copy of the driver's license in submission
  • Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered to
  • Travel experience - Preferred
  • Profile requirements include a completed Banner Cover Page and a resume with all facilities listed

If you get cancelled for low census, your food and housing stipend will not be paid for that shift and will be deducted from your paycheck, so if you work somewhere with low census you may want to look into an agency that doesn't do this.
