Job Description

• Unit Size: 20 beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Orientation: 8 hours non-billable

Requirements

• Licensing:

  • Must have a Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) at the time of submission.
  • COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10/3/23) is required. Exemption forms are available.
• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years current PCU/Stepdown experience.
  • Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred.
• Certifications:

  • ACLS certification must be uploaded with the profile.
  • TNCC certification is preferred.
• Profile Requirements:

  • Work history
  • Skills checklist (current to 1 year)
  • 1 supervisory signed reference (from within the past two years)
  • License/certifications must be uploaded with the profile.

Additional Information

• Availability: At least two specific interview dates/times must be added to the profile; "ANYTIME" will not be accepted.
• Residency: Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
• Requested Time Off: Must be noted and verified at upload; requests after upload will not be approved.
