  • ACLS
    Job details
  • Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Estrella Medical Center
  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered
  • 24 months minimum of current ICU experience required
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and included in submission, required
    Job requirements
  • Active Arizona RN License
  • 24 months minimum of current ICU experience
  • No Nursys Hits - required
  • Certifications must be active at time of submission
    Schedule information
  • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
  • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
  • RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment
  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
    Unit specific information
  • Banner Cover Page completely filled out
  • Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
    Additional Details
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for
  • Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
  • Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered and attested to
  • Travel experience - Preferred

If you get cancelled for low census, your food and housing stipend will not be paid for that shift and will be deducted from your paycheck, so if you work somewhere with low census you may want to look into an agency that doesn't do this.
