Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
Special Requirements: Must have experience in Cardiac OR and be able to see our set up and start call, will do other cases if no CVOR cases.

Job requirements

2 years of direct CVOR experience required
BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
All RTO must be included at time of submission
Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
Must have experience in Cardiac OR

Schedule information

Cardiac call - approximately 6 MINIMUM per month - varies depending on the number of staff available to fill the slots (1 per weekday and 2 weekend shifts - weekends are 24 hour shifts)
May be up to 10 if short staff

Unit specific information

Must have experience in Cardiac OR and be able to see our set up and start call, will do other cases if no CVOR cases.

Additional Details

SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions!
Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
