Job details

Job Summary: RN Surgery position at Shasta Regional Medical Center, California.
5 x 8-hour days, 40 hours per week shifts are MID SHIFT - No Exceptions.
ON CALL & CALL BACK REQUIRED!
Previous Acute Care hospital experience/ DaVinci Xi experience required.
Minimum 2 years OR Experience.

Job requirements

Current and valid state RN License preferred.
Current BLS certificate required.
Current ACLS certificate required.

Schedule information

5 x 8-hour days, 40 hours per week shifts are MID SHIFT - No Exceptions.
ON CALL & CALL BACK REQUIRED!

Unit specific information

OR Experience required.

Additional Details

Must score 80% or higher on various competency exams.
Annual Respirator fit test required.
Declinations not accepted for certain vaccinations at Shasta Regional Medical Center.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
