ASAP STARTS NEEDED
2W PCU: 2 years of PCU experience required, travel experience preferred.
Ratios: 1:4-5.
EMR: Epic experience is required.
HCP MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOATING AS REQUIRED-WILL FLOAT OUT TO SISTER CAMPUSES AS WELL.
DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE.
HWL Interview and Offer.

Schedule information

Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address
FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well
ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission
Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.

Unit specific information

Culture is VERY important here
Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
