- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. If interested in 'any' location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.).
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept. Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
Job details
- 24 months minimum of current ICU experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
Job requirements
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
- Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.
- Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered to and attested to. Please look at the compliance requirements immediately.
- Travel experience - Preferred.
- Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
- Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
