Job details

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Patient population: Adult-Geriatric.

Job requirements

2+ years Med Surg experience
BSN
New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be submitted upfront with all Nursing submissions.

Schedule information

Traveler may float between units during shift (4hrs Kingsbury, 8hrs Farnum during 1 shift).
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!
No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).
Block scheduling will not be considered for this need.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
