Job requirements

ARRT (CT) certification required
BLS required
California state license required

Schedule information

Day shifts: 630AM-3PM
Evening shifts: 2PM-10PM
Night shifts: 1015PM-645AM
Every other weekend (Sat/Sun)
Holiday requirement worked into permanent staff rotation

Unit specific information

Department: Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography) Tech
Will primarily work in the ER
Preferred: Fluoro experience, venipuncture license, Siemens experience

Additional Details

Candidates must be professional, clean, & neat.
Department is very structured. The clientele at CHOMP is very unique.
All candidates must be 100% patient focused & very customer service oriented.
Professional, empathetic, & positive attitudes are a must.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
