Job details

In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN), provides safe, quality care for patients/residents according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes.
Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect.
Know, follow and maintain resident rights.
Assists with oversight of non-clinical and support staff personnel.

Job requirements

2+ Year of experience - Required
Epic Experience - Highly Preferred
Prior Travel - Preferred
License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS, ACLS - AHA)

Schedule information

ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION
Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer.

Additional Details

Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
