Must be a motivated individual

Schedule information

Hours: 1300-0100
The shift is 7 days on, 7 days off so one week they would get 36 hours and the next week 48
Call requirement: on call 2 days on their 36-hour week, on call is 1730-0700
Weekend Requirement: Yes
Holiday Requirement: Yes if it falls on a scheduled shift

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
