Job details

A hospital in Sacramento is looking for an experienced CT/X-ray Tech for a travel contract.

Job requirements

The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT)

Schedule information

1400 start M-TH + call, will float between CT and X-Ray as needed

Additional Details

Profiles are sent directly to the unit for consideration
need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked
Modules are required to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 3-4 hours to complete-this time is not billable

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
