- SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: RTO: MAX 7 days WEEKEND: 6 shifts per contract SCRUBS: Ceil Blue CALL REQUIREMENTS: None HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day FLOATING: Within facility if needed COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: - 2 years UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC & Pyxis PATIENT POPULATION: Adults - Geriatrics - Medical Surgical - Chest pain, CHF, Hemodialysis, and Post Cath REQUIRED SKILLS: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and interpretation of dysrhythmias Aya Offer information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements. Locals Accepted - Same Rate

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
