Schedule information

RTO: MAX 7 days
Weekends: Varies according to need
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidays fall in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays
Major Holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Unit specific information

The Unit accepts first-time travelers
Floating within skillset occasionally within Women's Services

Additional Details

Full compliance required to start on time
If not compliant in time the pushback is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
