36/48 schedule
Every other weekend
Required to float
Traveler must live 100 miles from the facility
General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. Start any Sunday upon completion of compliance documents
16 hours of nonbillable orientation
Hospital can cancel one shift biweekly without financial penalty according to schedule if census decreases
Additional shifts as overtime will be flexed for hospital census decrease without penalty
Contract RN/LPN are expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
