Work schedule: 3-12HR/WEEK OR 4-10HR/WEEK 0600-1830 OR 0800-1830 with WEEKNIGHT CALL—APPROXIMATELY ONCE/WEEK and WEEKEND CALL—APPROXIMATELY EVERY 4th-5TH WEEKEND + HOLIDAYS

Job requirements

Must possess a current Surgical Technician certification
Previous experience as a Surgical Technician is preferred
Adept at all aspects of surgical procedures
Capable of maintaining a sterile environment throughout operations

Schedule information

3-12 hours shifts per week or 4-10 hours shifts per week
Shifts are 0600-1830 or 0800-1830
On-call duties once per week at night and approximately every 4th to 5th weekend, plus holidays

Additional Details

American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel
Must include an image of the front and back of the certification card
For any position requiring a license or certification, attach scanned online verification

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
