2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) documentation
Varicella vaccine documentation or proof of immunity
Tdap valid for 10 years from the administered date
Ascension Skills Checklist required annually in specialty
12 Panel Drug Screen required prior to the start of the first assignment and updated annually
Education verified at the source level in accordance with applicable laws

Unit specific information

Ascension unit leader to upload specific checklist within a week

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
