BLS: Required for clinical positions only (AHA or ARC acceptable)
ACLS: Required
License/Certificate Verification: Primary Source Verification required and updated upon expiration.
NIH Certification: American Heart Association ONLY. West Burlington Campus- ED/ICU/CCU and Critical Care Float.

Job details

Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult cardiac/ telemetry, Stroke, Vascular intervention, Hemodynamic monitoring.

Job requirements

Declination accepted.
COVID-19 Vaccine required for onboarding, not required for submission of application.
MMR Vaccine: 2 vaccines or positive titer. If low or equivocal, 1 Booster or declination accepted.
Fit Test to be completed prior to start.
Hepatitis B: 2 vaccines or positive titer required. If low or equivocal, 1 Booster or declination accepted.
Influenza Vaccine: Required from September 1st to March 31st from CURRENT flu season. Flu declinations may be accepted under condition the traveler wears a mask at all times during flu season.
TB Test: PPD, Q Gold, or TSpot within 1 year of start. Chest X-ray within 5 years of start for Positive PPD.
Health Statement from a Physician within the last 12 months.
Unexpired government-issued photo ID required for onboarding.
Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer. Booster or declination may be accepted if requirements are not met.
Tdap: Vaccine valid for 10 years. Declinations accepted.
Annual TB Questionnaire: Required for positive TB and/or for packages that do not require TB documentation.
GRH Background Check to be completed within 30 days of start.
GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse state requirement
GRH EPLS/GSA/SAM HHS/OIG check must be run within 30 days of start.
2 Professional References are required, 1 must be from Supervisor.
GRH Drug Screen: Standard 10-panel to be completed within 30 days of start. Instant okay.
GRH SING and OFAC to be done within 30 days of start.
GRH Evergreen Link must be completed by agency contact or HCP within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
GRH OSHA Questionnaire needs to be completed by candidate only.
Resume or Profile is required for onboarding and submission.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
