Job details

Registered nurse with currently ACLS, BLS and NIHSS.
Minimum of 36 hour work week.

Additional Details

AHA (American Heart Association) only for BLS and ACLS.
Core Competency Exams must score 80% or higher.
Skills checklist should be for the unit the traveler is going to be working on.
All necessary tests and documents must be completed prior to start and updated annually where required.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
