- 19 bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post surgical patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, frequent neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and routine CT, MRI and Angio.
- 2-3:1 pt assignments, may need to float to other ICUs/Step downs.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification

- Proof of full Hepatitis B series or a completed Hepatitis B vaccination
- Fit Test completed within 1 year of start updated annually
- Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form
- NIHSS Certification
- UHS I-9 Attestation completed
- UHS Education Verification confirmed
- UHS Employment Verification confirmed
- UHS Skills Checklist
- UHS Competency Exam completed within 1 year prior to start with at least 80% score
- UHS Core Competencies completed within 1 year prior to start
- Physical/Health Statement signed within one year of the initial start date
- American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
