6th Floor Med/tele/Neuro: 1:6 ratio max
Need to have BLS, NIH/stroke

Job requirements

American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.
Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.
Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.
Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form preferred, not required.
Completed within 1 year of start updated annually for Fit Test.
Completed Skill Checklist specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
Competency Exams for the relevant department.
Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date.

Additional Details

Will accept one of the following for Hepatitis B: Proof of full series completed, at least two vaccines from the series, or signed declination.
Proof of vaccination within past 10 years for Tdap.
Physical/Health Statement must state that traveler is able to work without restrictions.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
