Certification details

Must include your New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary RN needs
Cover page (if available/not required), Work History, License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and PERM ADDRESS)

Job details

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
EMR: Epic
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)

Job requirements

2+ years Med Surg experience
Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed
ACLS - Strongly Preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Must have de-escalation training from CPI, AVADE or MOAB as of 1/1/24

Schedule information

Traveler must be willing to work ONE of the following: Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
Non-Billable Orientation: 0 hours Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
