  • American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS
  • American Heart Association or Red Cross ACLS
  • Fit Test annually required for certain locations
  • Annual Respirator fit test required for certain locations

  • TB Test
  • Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity for MMR
  • Vaccination/titer showing immunity for Varicella
  • Tdap for certain hospital locations
  • Physical/Health Statement must be clear to work
  • Prime Criminal Background Check
  • Nursys
  • Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
  • Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam
  • Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening
  • DCI/BVP certification
    Job details
  • ICU/RN with recent 3 years of experience and training.
    Job requirements
  • Current and valid state RN license
  • Current BLS upon hire and maintain current
  • Current ACLS 30 days upon of hire and maintain current
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred, RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred
  • PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients
    Additional Details
  • Driver's license, State ID, or Passport
  • Within 60 days of start. *CA Locations ONLY*. As of 1/01/24 California law permits the testing for marijuana psychoactive metabolites only by saliva. All drug screens will be required to have two components for onboarding at all CA Prime facilities. *A 10-panel urine drug screen excluding THC and a psychoactive THC saliva test.*
  • Required documentation includes, but is not limited to, Prime OIG check, Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test), Prime Agency Attestation, Prime SAM/EPLS check, COVID-19 Vaccine, and immunization records for MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine, Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, Prime Color-blind test, Prime Criminal Background Check, Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification), Prime Specialty Exam, Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, Nursys license check, Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening, and DCI/BVP certification.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
