- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met. Services include patient evaluation/assessment, establishing and implementing a plan of care, assessing effectiveness of and modifying treatment to ensure goal achievement, and educating patients/caregivers.
- Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care, according to current standards that are based on professional association and regulatory guidelines.
- Collects and analyzes data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress and the benefit of interventions.
- Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, billing/coding, and procedural planning tasks.
- Participates in ongoing professional development to maintain a level of clinical practice consistent with best practice standards. This includes seeking opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills and utilizing these newly acquired skills in the provision of care and for growth and development of the department and hospital.
- Contributes to departmental, hospital, and community activities that promote department operations and program development for Community Hospital.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the department and the organization.

- QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Doctorates degree preferred.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
