Certification details

COVID-19 Vaccine - Preferred, not required.
MMR - Must show a new positive titer after booster series.
Fit Test - Completed within 1 year of start updated annually.
Hepatitis B - Proof required or signed declination.
Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire if positive.
Tdap - Proof of vaccination within past 10 years.

Job details

Replacement for ESS leaving Ahuja.
Must have ACLS/BLS
Must have min. 2 years of experience

Job requirements

BLS - American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.
ACLS - American Heart Association only.
License/Certificate Verification - Primary Source Verification required. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted.
UHS Skills Checklist - Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
UHS Competency Exam - Competency Exams for the relevant department must be complete within 1 year prior to start.
UHS Core Competencies - To be complete within 1 year prior to start.
Physical/Health Statement - Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date.
UHS Criminal Background Check Results - To be run upon initial hire.
UHS OIG Search - To be complete within 6 months prior to start.
UHS SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC - Supporting documentation required.
UHS Drug Screen - To be run upon initial hire.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
