  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? position will be unit based but based on the needs or facility, may have to float
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? YES
  • Locals accepted: 25 mile rad
  • Pending License accepted? NO
  • RTO Restrictions: Holidays (we will work it out with them which one they would be required to work…see below)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Special Requirements: Must work 2/3 major holidays, just as our staff does. For NCC that is both Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Eve and Day. They can pick two of those blocks of holidays.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
