  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission. Banner has a specific cover page. Vetting all locations to the travelers and adding all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in helps us get candidates presented quicker as orders open/close quick. This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all request noted in the highlights section. Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
    Job requirements
  • 24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED. Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED. No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
    Schedule information
  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
    Unit specific information
  • Candidates should include all experienced departments they are willing to ACCEPT/work in on the cover page submission.
    Additional Details
  • Travel experience - Preferred. Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms). Please add vaccination status in the submission notes. Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered and attested to. Please look at the compliance requirements immediately.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
