Inpatient adolescent psych unit
12 hours Days Shift, but must be flexible to work other shifts
36-Guaranteed Hours will not apply during Admission/Discharge Weeks, and between Cycle Break Week Unit Closure

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
