Only looking for ASAP Starts - Will NOT review travelers who can not start 11/11 or prior.
Auto Offers - In order to receive an Auto Offer candidates may not have more than 3 days requested off.
CNO does plan on doing a phone screen prior to start and reserves the right to cancel any placement prior to start without penalty.
Contracts likely to run through most of 2024 if applicant is doing well and wanting to stay

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process.
Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Job requirements

2+ Year of Experience - Required
Ready to start ASAP - Required
Completion of 1 travel assignment - Required
Paragon EMR Experience - Highly Preferred
ACLS - Preferred
References NOT required.
A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.

Additional Details

McLaren Macomb has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population.
Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately.
Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
This policy will begin on 2/28/2024.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
