American Heart Association only - BLS Required.
American Heart Association only - ACLS Required.
License/Certificate Verification Required.
COVID-19 Vaccine Preferred, not required.
Positive MMR titers ONLY within the last 15 years.
Fit Test - Completed within 1 year of start updated annually.
Hepatitis B - Proof of full series or declination required.
Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire.
Varicella - Positive titers ONLY within the last 15 years.
Tdap - Proof of vaccination within past 10 years, declinations not accepted.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
