- This is for a ST that can scrub ENT, Vascular and Thoracic. There is a possibility of taking call, working a weekend, and working a holiday.
- American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Attestations not allowed.
- Highest level of education verified. Attestations not allowed.
- Must provide verification of employment within 5 years. Must be completed through third-party verification.
- Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start. This is not an annual requirement.
- Competency Exams for the relevant department. Must score at least 80%.
- 80% passing score required, Completed within 1 year prior to start. HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA Topics. CORE 1, 2 and 3 must be uploaded.
- Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date. Needs to be a Pre-Employment exam statement signed and must state that traveler is able to work without restrictions.
- Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form. Preferred, not required.
- Resume to include Education and Work History, 2 Professional References required within the last 2 years, and Job Application to be completed by the candidate.

My review isn’t about the recruiter at all. The position for Rochester, NY psychiatry, I don’t recommend this position. It turns into 60 hours of straight pay, they take advantage of their travelers, no weekends off, 5-6 days a week depending on when they want to put you on call. They schedule you 5 days a week to tell you it’s only 4 however your agency will pay you for the 60 hours, which isn’t what anyone signs up for. They don’t tell you that you have to work 60 hours of on call until you get there. You will work 5-6 days a week here.
